Open Burning

The burning of any materials wherein products of combustion are emitted directly into the ambient air without passing through a stack or chimney from an enclosed chamber. For the purposes of this definition, a chamber shall be regarded as enclosed, when during the time combustion occurs, only apertures, ducts, stacks, flues, or chimneys necessary to provide combustion air and permit the escape of exhaust gasses are open.

Car Seat Inspection Program

Child car seat checks must be scheduled by emailing Ben Meyer (bmeyer@andersontownshipoh.gov) or calling Fire Station 22 (513-688-8093).  No walk-in appointments will be accepted.  Inspections will be conducted at Fire Station 22.  The address is 7036 Main Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45244.  Please limit the number people attending the inspection.  If you are ill or febrile, please reschedule for another date.
