The Board hereby provides notice of a Special Meeting to be held on Friday, April 26, 2024, at Anderson Center in the Large Conference Room, located at 7850 Five Mile Road, Anderson Township, Ohio 45230. The meeting will officially begin at 12:00 P.M at which time the Board will immediately adjourn to Executive Session for matters of personnel [i.e., to consider the appointment of a public official] as permitted by Ohio Revised Code §121.22(G)(1). Official action may be taken at the Special Meeting and minutes will be prepared and made available subsequently, following standard practice.
