The Board hereby provides notice of a Special Meeting to be held on Monday, February 9, 2026, at Anderson Center located at 7850 Five Mile Road, Anderson Township, Ohio 45230. The meeting will officially begin at 10:30 A.M at which time the Board will immediately adjourn to Executive Session for matters of personnel [i.e., to consider the appointment of a public official] as permitted by Ohio Revised Code §121.22(G)(1). Official action may be taken at the Special Meeting and minutes will be prepared and made available subsequently, following standard practice.
