Fall is nearly here, little ghosts and goblins will be strolling through Anderson’s neighborhoods from 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 31.
Anderson Township Trustees recently set this time and date as the official Halloween celebration for the township. Of course, neighborhoods or community groups can set their own day/time, if they choose.
