Comments Sought on Reformatted Zoning Resolution

In an effort to simplify and create a better user experience, Anderson Township has reformatted its Zoning Resolution document.  Some of the format of this document dates back to its initial adoption by Hamilton County in 1948, though there have been updates.  The Zoning Resolution provides guidance for the township for both commercial and residential development.

The updated Resolution seeks to utilize user-friendly features such as graphics, hyperlinks and reference tables to make it easier to navigate.  A draft is available below to review, and input is being sought through March 15, as it will be considered for adoption by the Anderson Township Zoning Commission and Board of Township Trustees early this spring.
