Final Development Plan of Phase II of the Kroger Redevelopment

PHASE II

The Final Development Plan of Phase II of the Kroger redevelopment project will be reviewed by the Anderson Township Zoning Commission on May 18 at 5:30 pm at Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road. Phase II covers the corner development at the intersection of Beechmont Avenue and Wolfangel Road. Developers are proposing restaurant and retail uses, with pedestrian plazas. See the proposed site plan and elevation drawings below.

PHASE I

Phase I of the development, for the expansion of the existing Kroger store, with parking, lighting and landscaping was reviewed and approved by the Anderson Township Zoning Commission on February 23, 2015. Plans for Phase I are below.
