Public Review of 20 Lot Subdivision Scheduled

A public meeting for the review of a proposed 20-lot subdivision is scheduled at the Regional Planning Commission at 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 6.  The meeting is in Room 801 in the Hamilton County Administration Building, 138 E. Court St.

Developer Joseph Farruggia, Parkside of Riverview Estates, LLC, has planned a 20-home subdivision on 43.72 acres of land at 7982 Ayers Road. The name of the proposed subdivision is Parkside at Riverview Estates. At this same meeting the County Regional Planning Commission will also review a re-plat of the Riverview Estates at Coldstream subdivision to accommodate access to the proposed Parkside at Riverview Estates project.
