Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission Public Hearing for Zone Change
Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission on Thursday, November 3, 2016, in the Hamilton County Administration Building, 138 East Court Street, 8th Floor, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 at 1:00pm. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss a Zone Change request in Case 3-2016 Anderson, for property located at 8700 Moran Road (Book 500, Page 74, Parcel 76) (consisting of 9.591 acres total) from “EE” Planned Business District to “DD” Planned Multiple Residence District. The application is filed by Leesman Engineering & Associates, on behalf of Forest Hills Care Center and JZB Realty Holdings Co, LLC, property owner.
