Special Meeting Board of Zoning Appeals Monday June 12
The Anderson Township Board of Zoning Appeals conduct a Special Meeting on Monday, June 12, 2017, at 5:30 p.m. at Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road, Anderson Township, Ohio 45230. The Special Meeting will include Consideration, Discussion, and Journalization of Case 15-2017 BZA, for a variance to allow an accessory structure to be located in the front yard area, as outlined in Article 5.2 (A) (7) of the Zoning Resolution, submitted by Angela Rose, property owner of 2398 Edgemere Court, zoned “A-2” Residence; Case 16-2017 BZA, for a variance to allow an addition to an existing commercial building (La Soupe) plus parking and a dumpster enclosure, per Article 5.3 (D) (1) (d), Article 5.3 (D) (1) (e), Article 5.3 (D) (2) (h), and Article 5.3 (D) (3) (a), of the Zoning Resolution, submitted by Paul Frey Architects on behalf of Suzanne DeYoung, property owner 4150 Round Bottom Road, zoned “E” Retail; Case 17-2017 BZA, for a variance to allow a second story addition on a nonconforming house, per Article 3.5 (C) (2) (c) of the Zoning Resolution, submitted by Jonathan Wood of Wood Architects, LLC, on behalf of Matthew Klein, property owner of 7621 Forest Road, zoned “B” Residence.
The meeting is open to the public. Official action is expected to be taken and minutes will be prepared and subsequently made available, following standard practice.
