Zone Change Hearing at Hamilton County Regional Planning
Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission on Thursday, October 5, 2017, in the Hamilton County Administration Building, 138 East Court Street, 8th Floor, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 at 1:00pm. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss a Zone Change request in Case 2-2017 Anderson, for the property located at 6881 Beechmont Avenue (Book 500, Page 272, Parcel 85) from “C” Residence to “DD” Planned Multiple Residence. The application is filed by NP Development, LLC on behalf of General Protestant Orphan Home, property owner.
