Public Hearing Notice Hamilton County Regional Planning
Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission on Thursday, May 3, 2018, in the Hamilton County Administration Building, 138 East Court Street, 8th Floor, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 at 1:00pm. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss a Zone Change request in Case 2-2018 Anderson, for the property located at 5218 Beechmont Avenue (Book 500, Page 430, Parcel 4) from “A” Residence, “E” Retail, “H” Riverfront to “EE” Planned Business District. The application is filed by Parkstone Capital, property owner.
The applicant is proposing three commercial buildings in the front of the property, facing Beechmont Avenue and multi-family towards the rear of the parcel, 246 residential units with a combination of one and two-bedroom units. The proposed community area for the residential component is planned to contain a clubhouse, pool and tennis court.
