Public Hearing for Beechmont Plan and Skytop Devlopment

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Anderson Township Board of Trustees on Thursday, June 21, 2018, in Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road, Anderson Township, Ohio 45230, at 6:00 P.M. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a Zone Change from “A” Residence, “E” Retail, and “H” Riverfront to “EE” Planned Business, in Case 2-2018 Anderson, located at 5218 Beechmont Avenue, filed by Parkstone Capital, property owner, and Case 2-2018 LUP to discuss the 2018 Beechmont Plan Update. 

You may appear at this hearing if you desire, either in person or by attorney or agent. Plans are on file and open for public inspection at the Planning and Zoning Department, at Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road, Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., and andersontownship.org.
