Curb and Sidewalk Repair Projects Continue
Anderson Township continues its 2018 curb and sidewalk repair program this week. The township’s contractor will begin work on streets in the Sherwood Forest area.
Beginning Monday, July 23, curbs will be sawcut on the following streets in Sherwood Forest. Minimal disruption is anticipated. “No Parking” signs will be posted.
Kingsway (north stub): Robinway to cul-de-sac
Longbow: Gammwell to cul-de-sac
Fossway: Gammwell to cul-de-sac
Stutley: Gammwell to cul-de-sac
Finsbury: Gammwell to cul-de-sac
Flintshire: Gammwell to cul-de-sac
Gammwell: Lady Ellen to Bridges
Grantham Way: Robinway to school loop
Queensway: Robinway to Gainsborough
Curb replacement will begin Monday, July 30, in the Georgetown Village and Telegraph Hill areas, beginning on Candlemaker at Spinningwheel, along east curb line following into Cobblestone (east) then to Flaxen and Deaconsbench. Work will change sides on shorter intersecting streets, so as to restrict off all parking access, but still maintain progress. “No Parking” signs will be posted. Work will be occurring on the following streets in Georgetown Village and Telegraph Hill:

Cablecar from Goldengate to Cul-de-sac
Presidio from Goldengate to Cul-de-sac
Telegraph from Goldengate to Cul-de-sac
Lamplite from Candlemaker to Cul-de-sac
Deaconsbench from Cul-De-Sac to Cul-de-sac
Flaxen from Cobblestone to Both Ends
Cobblestone from Candlemaker to Both Ends
Candlemaker from Spinning Wheel to Deaconsbench
