Public Hearing held by Hamilton County Regional Planning on Dec. 6 for a Possible Zone Change on Clough Pike
Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission on Thursday, December 6, in the Hamilton County Administration Building, 138 East Court Street, 8th Floor, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 at 1:00pm. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss a Zone Change request in Case 3-2018 Anderson, for the property located at 6201 and 6301 Clough Pike (Book 500, Page 360, Parcels 24, 31, 39, 48, and 404) from “A” Residence to “DD” Planned Multiple Residence District. The application is filed by Cincinnati AL Investors, LLC on behalf of Kindereight LLC and Swgr Clough LLC, property owners.
The applicant is proposing two buildings for assisted living and memory care (Harmony Senior Living Facility of Anderson). The buildings are proposed to be two stories, Building A will have a height of 30’ and Building B will have a height of 32’, and will be connect by an enclosed walkway. The senior living community will contain amenities such as physical therapy room, bistro areas and physician’s offices.
