OPEN HOUSE - TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 26 - FOUR MILE ROAD

Notice is hereby given that an open house will be held by Anderson Township on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 in the Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road, Anderson Township, Ohio 45230.  The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss a potential Planned Unit Development (PUD) application for a 38-single family home subdivision located at 632 and 660 Four Mile Road (Book 500, Page 402, Parcels 36, 38, 39 and part of 40), in Anderson Township, zoned “A” Residence, proposed by The Decker Building Group, LLC on behalf of Ruth and Gregory Gildea, Christopher Hayes and William Wolner, and Jennifer and Mark Stein, property owners. 

After a brief presentation at 5:30 PM, an open house will continue, during which time nearby property owners may discuss the proposal with the applicant and/or staff (all property owners within 200’ of the subject property are notified via mail of this meeting). During the meeting, comments will be taken from attendees and a memorandum will be sent to the applicant, as well as to the Anderson Township Zoning Commission, outlining the issues discussed at the meeting, should a PUD application be filed.
