On Thursday, January 17, 2019, the Anderson Township Board of Trustees held a public hearing to discuss a Zone Change request in Case 3-2018 Anderson, for the property located at 6201 and 6301 Clough Pike (Book 500, Page 360, Parcels 24, 31, 39, 48, and 404) from “A” Residence to “DD” Planned Multiple Residence District. The application was filed by Cincinnati AL Investors, LLC on behalf of Kindereight LLC and Swgr Clough LLC, property owners.
The applicant is proposing two buildings for assisted living and memory care (Harmony Senior Living Facility of Anderson). The buildings are proposed to be two stories, Building A will have a height of 30’ and Building B will have a height of 32’, and will be connected by an enclosed walkway. The senior living community will contain amenities such as physical therapy room, bistro areas and physician’s offices.
The public hearing on January 17th was closed, and the Board indicated they would continue their discussion on Case 3-2018 Anderson at 6201 and 6301 Clough Pike after the applicant has submitted a thorough and complete traffic study, which has been vetted by the Hamilton County Engineers Office. This study has been received and the Engineer’s Office provided a response with comments. The Board of Township Trustees plans to resume their discussion of this case at their regularly monthly meeting on Thursday, February 21, 2019, beginning at 6pm at Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road.
