Recent rainfalls in the Ohio Valley caused the Ohio River to rise. Fortunately, the water levels have continued to drop since earlier this week. With this, the Hamilton County Engineer's Office or ODOT announced that several Anderson area roadways have now REOPENED. As of Sunday, Feb. 17 at 10am, this list includes the following:
- NOW OPEN! - Eight Mile Road, north of Old Kellogg, and between Old Kellogg & US 52
- OPEN - SR 125 (Beechmont) Eastbound ramp to SR 32 (Batavia Pike) eastbound
- OPEN - SR 32 (Batavia Pike) westbound ramp to SR 125 (Beechmont) eastbound
- OPEN - Turpin Lane west of Newtown Road
- OPEN - Kellogg Road from Belterra Park Gaming to Four Mile Road and US 52. Belterra Park is OPEN and it, Grove Park Grille, and other businesses on Kellogg are accessible to the east from Five Mile Road, US 52, and Exit 71 from I-275
- OPEN - SR 32 (Batavia Pike) between Turpin Lake Place and the Village of Newtown
The following roadways remain closed:
- CLOSED - Debolt Road at Clear Creek
- CLOSED - Kellogg Road, between Sutton Road and Belterra Park Gaming. Please note, Belterra Park is OPEN
- CLOSED - Four Mile Road, between I-275 Overpass and Kellogg
