Public Hearing - March 7 at Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission - 8501 Beechmont Avenue
Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by Hamilton County Regional Planning on Thursday, March 7, 2019 in the Hamilton County Administration Building, 138 East Court Street, 8th Floor, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 at 1:00pm. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss a Zone Change request in Case 1-2019 Anderson, for the two properties located at 8501 Beechmont Avenue (Book 500, Page 40, Parcels 164 and 10), in Anderson Township, from “E” Retail, “E-PUD” Retail, “C” Residential and “C-PUD” Residential to “EE” Planned Retail District, proposed by Tom Davis of Buffalo Wings and Rings Real Estate, LLC on behalf of Feldy Boys LLC and T P White & Sons Co, property owners. The proposed development is for a two story, approximately 19,440 sq. ft. corporate office building for Buffalo Wings and Rings with a 2,600-4.300 sq. ft. small drive-through retail/bank type of business on the front portion of the parcels.
