Public Hearing on April 18 for 6882 & 6900 Beechmont Avenue
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Anderson Township Board of Trustees on Thursday, April 18, 2019 in Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road, Anderson Township, Ohio 45230 at 6:00pm. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss a Zone Change request in Case 2-2019 Anderson and a substantial modification to Case 3-1976 Anderson, for the property located at 6882 & 6900 Beechmont Avenue (Book 500, Page 272, Parcels 01 & 02), in Anderson Township, from “C” Residence District to “DD” Multi-Family Residence District, proposed by M+A Architects on behalf of Mount Washington Realty Company, property owner. The proposed addition will be 22,000 square feet, single story building to provide transitional care services including physical and occupational therapy and housing for residents using those services.
The application concept plan is attached, and plans will be available for review at www.andersontownship.org or at the Planning and Zoning Department, Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road, Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
