Open House - Potential Zone Change at 3464 Mt. Carmel Road

An open house will be held by Anderson Township on Monday, July 8, 2019 at 5:30 PM in the Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road, Anderson Township, Ohio 45230.  The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss a potential Zone Change application to alter the zoning of the property located at 3464 Mt. Carmel Rd (Book 500, Page 072, Parcel 48), in Anderson Township, from “AA” Residence to “A-2” Residence, proposed by Mark Walker of Walker & Associates on behalf of Bee Holdings Limited Partnership, property owner.

After a brief presentation at 5:30 PM, an open house will continue, during which time nearby property owners may discuss the proposal with the applicant and/or staff (all property owners within 200’ of the subject property are notified via mail of this meeting). During the meeting, comments will be taken from attendees and a memorandum will be sent to the applicant, as well as to the Anderson Township Zoning Commission, outlining the issues discussed at the meeting, should a zone change application be filed.
