Trustees Recognize Two Timely Issues
In their regular monthly meeting, Anderson Township’s Trustees issued two proclamations for September.
September was designated Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, noting suicide is the 10th leading cause of death in the United States.
They also designated September as Prostate Cancer Awareness month. The resolution noted that prostate cancer is most common cause of cancer in men in the U.S. and is one of the leading causes of death among men of all races.
