Trustees Hearing on Case 1-2019 LUP - Eight Mile Road
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Anderson Township Board of Trustees on Thursday, October 17, 2019, in Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road, Anderson Township, Ohio 45230, at 6:00 P.M. The purpose of this meeting is to hear Case 1-2019 LUP for a revision to the approved Future Land Use Map of the 2016 Comprehensive Plan to “Transitional Residence”, for a portion of the properties located at 1267 and 1279 Eight Mile Road (Book 500, Page 41, Parcels 201, 212, and 213), currently identified as “Transitional Mixed Use” and “Single-Family Residence”, filed by Carl Hartman, Engineer, on behalf of Eight Mile Properties, LLC and Updated Homes, LLC, property owners.
You may appear at this hearing if you desire, either in person or by attorney or agent. Plans are on file and open for public inspection at the Planning and Zoning Department, at Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road, Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., and andersontownship.org.
