1.      The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss a Zone Change request in Case 3-2020 Anderson, for the property located at 1357 Nagel (Book 500, Page 121, Parcel 184), in Anderson Township, from “B” Residence to “DD” Planned Multiple Family, proposed by Zicka Development Company, LLC, on behalf of Anderson Township Board of Trustees, property owner. The applicant is proposing 13 total living units, including 10 attached duplex units and 3 detached single-family units. 

Case 3-2020 Anderson   Staff Summary

2.      The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss a Substantial Modification request in Case 2-2018 Anderson, for the property located at 5218 Beechmont Avenue (Book 500, Page 430, Parcel 207), in Anderson Township, zoned “EE” Planned Retail, proposed by Mark Rosenberger, of Bayer Becker, on behalf of Metropolitan Holdings Limited, on behalf of Wood Stone IV Holdings Skytop LLC, property owner. The applicant is proposing the construction of an apartment community for 361 units, with variance requests for height, parking, and signage.
