HOMEARAMA® 2021 Calls Anderson Township Home

For two weeks this fall, Anderson’s exceptional neighborhoods and quality of life take the spotlight, as the Cincinnati 2021 HOMEARAMA® event and surrounding festivities unfold in the Coldstream area.

Five luxury homes starting at $1.3 million are currently nearing completion for the show, produced by the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati. This is the 58th year for the new home showcase that last visited Anderson Township in the late 1970s. The location features “tranquility and natural beauty, plus the noted high-quality amenities found in Anderson Township,” said Dan Dressman, executive director for the home builder’s organization.

Besides touring luxury homes, Anderson Township and the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati have created a calendar of special events to showcase some of the highlights of living well in Anderson Township. A dedicated year of planning by the township’s volunteer member Economic Development Committee has resulted in special promotions to make the event memorable, according to Jeff Rosa, committee member.

“HOMEARAMA® is going to be an amazing event for Anderson,” he said. “We are excited to have potentially 35,000 people visiting our incredible township and learning why Anderson is the place to be.”

Food trucks will be onsite, with more than 15 vendors and suppliers hosted in the HomeZone exhibitor tent. Special events focused on parks and recreation offerings in the area, Anderson nonprofits and “hometown heroes,” an OctoBEERfest experience, a “retail therapy” opportunity and food adventures make each day unique, noted Josh Gerth, township trustee chair.

Gerth sees the event as being a positive outcome of hard work initiated by township trustees, volunteers and staff to further support and create a high quality of life here. “The fact that the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati has chosen Anderson Township this year, proves that we are doing the right things and remain one of the most desirable places to call home.”

Anderson Township residents receive a special $3 discount at the gate with proof of residency on Friday, Oct. 1.
