Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission Meeting on March 3 for Zone Change & Art Plan
Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission on Thursday, March 3, 2022 in the Hamilton County Administration Building, 138 East Court Street, 8th Floor, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 at 1:00pm. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss a Zone Change request in Case 2-2022 Anderson, for the property located at 8057 Beechmont Avenue (Book 500, Page 122, Parcel 257), in Anderson Township, from “C” Single Family Residence to “EE-” Planned Retail District, proposed by Jonathan Evans, P.E, of Evans Engineering and Design, on behalf of Kenwood Lincoln Mercury, Inc., property owner. The purpose of this zone change is to develop the vacant land into additional parking area for the Volkswagen and Subaru Dealerships; and Case 2-2021 LUP for the Anderson Township Public Art Master Plan and Appendix.
