Beechmont Avenue EMERGENCY LANE CLOSURES CONTINUE – Between Five Mile & Forest

Following a water main break that occurred Thursday night, May 19, eastbound S.R. 125 (Beechmont Avenue) remains closed between Five Mile and Forest roads.

Crews for Greater Cincinnati Water Works have completed repairs to the water line, as well as most of the damaged pavement through the weekend, and today, May 23, they are scheduled to complete pavement work.

The following lane closures and restrictions remain in place:

• Westbound and eastbound Beechmont are RESTRICTED to one lane in either direction

• Left turns are PROHIBITED from westbound Beechmont to southbound Five Mile

• Northbound Five Mile is RESTRICTED to one lane (right turns are permitted onto eastbound Beechmont)

• Left turns are PROHIBITED from southbound Five Mile Road to eastbound Beechmont Avenue

Currently, it is anticipated that all lanes will be reopened during the day Tuesday, May 24.
