Notice of the Intent to Sell Personal Property by Internet Auction

ORC Section 505.10(D) authorizes a board of township trustees to sell surplus personal property by internet auction.  The Board of Township Trustees of ANDERSON TOWNSHIP (HAMILTON COUNTY), OHIO (“Board”), has authorized the sale of surplus personal property by use of (i) an online auction system operated by Liquidity Services Operations LLC dba GovDeals, Inc. (“GovDeals Auction”), and (ii) Hamilton County, Ohio’s surplus internet auction (Hamilton County Auction”) by Resolution Nos. 23-0216-07 and 23-0216-09, respectively, and has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with GovDeals and a Contract (“Hamilton County Contract”) with the Board of County Commissioners of Hamilton County relating to internet auctions of surplus personal property.  Copies of those resolutions are below, Terms and conditions of sale are provided on the internet auction site at the time of the auction and will be provided on request when determined.
