Open House on September 25 at 5:30 pm for Eight Mile Road

Notice is hereby given that an open house will be held by Anderson Township on Monday, September 25, 2023 in the Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road, Anderson Township, Ohio 45230. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss a potential Future Land Use Map change and potential Zone Change for the properties located at 1267-1303 Eight Mile Road (Book 500, Page 41, Parcels 1481, 210, 1478, 212, and 213), in Anderson Township, zoned "C" Residence, proposed by TRA Design, on behalf of Eight Mile Development Company, LLC, property owner. 

After a brief presentation at 5:30 PM by the applicant, an open house will continue, during which time nearby property owners may discuss the proposal with the applicant and/or staff (all property owners within 200' of the subject property are notified via mail of this meeting). During the meeting, comments will be taken from attendees and a memorandum will be sent to the applicant, as well as to the Anderson Township Zoning Commission, outlining the issues discussed at the meeting, should a Future Land Use Map change be submitted.
