Public Hearing for Future Land Use Map Change

Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the Anderson Township Board of Trustees on Thursday, November 16, 2023, in Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road, Anderson Township, Ohio 45230, at 5:30 P.M. 

The purpose of this meeting is for a public hearing for a Future Land Use Map Change request in Case 2-2023 LUP, for the property located at 1291 and 1303 Eight Mile Road (Book 500, Page 41, Parcels 1478 and 210) filed by Josh Blatt, on behalf of John Henry Homes, on behalf of Eight Mile Development Company LLC, property owner, zoned “C” Single Family Residence.  

The applicant is requesting a Future Land Use Map Change from “Single Family Residence” to “Transitional Residence” as stated in the 2022 Anderson Township Comprehensive Plan.
