Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission Meeting on January 4, 2024

Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission on Thursday, January 4, 2024 in the Todd B. Portune Center for County Government (the Hamilton County Administration Building), 138 East Court Street, 8th Floor, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 at 1:00pm.  

The purpose of this meeting is for a public hearing for a Zone Change request in Case 1-2024 Anderson, for the property located at 1303, 1291, 1279, and 1267 Eight Mile Road- (Book 500, Page 41, Parcels 210, 1478, 0212, 213, 1481) filed by Josh Blatt, on behalf of John Henry Homes, on behalf of Eight Mile Development Company LLC, property owner, zoned “C” Single Family Residence.  

The applicant is requesting a Zone Change from “C” Single Family Residence to “DD” Planned Multiple Residence District for six townhome buildings, with a total of 36 units.
