Notice of Intent to Sell Personal Property by Internet Auction

ORC Section 505.I0(D) authorizes a board of township trustees to sell surplus personal property by internet auction. The Board of Township Trustees of ANDERSON TOWNSHIP (HAMILTON COUNTY), OHIO ("Board"), has authorized the sale of surplus personal property by use of an online auction system operated by Liquidity Services Operations LLC dba GovDeals, Inc. ("GovDeals Auction"), by Resolution No. 23-0216-07 and Resolution No. 25-0923-07 and has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with GovDeals relating to internet auctions of surplus personal property. Copies of those resolutions and the MOU are available at andersontownshipoh.gov.under the tab Government. Terms and conditions of sale are provided on the internet auction site at the time of the auction and will be provided on request when determined.
