Do you have a rental property? If so, be aware that rental registration through the Hamilton County Auditor’s Office is an important part of your responsibilities as a landlord. In addition to state-law requirements, rental registration helps local emergency services quickly contact the property owner when needed.

Failure to register your rental property may result in fees assessed to your property tax bill.
