The Board hereby provides notice of a Special Meeting, which will constitute the Board's annual planning meeting, to be held on May 7 and 8, 2026 at Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road, Anderson Township, Ohio 45230. Administrative department heads will make presentations, and the Board will consider and discuss financial projections, goal setting, various procedures and policies, and ongoing and future capital improvement projects. The Special Meeting will also include an Executive Session as permitted by Ohio Revised Code §121.22.
Discussions will begin at 9:15 A.M., on May 7, 2026, and include a driving tour of the Township which will begin at 9:30 A.M. after which the Board and staff will return to Anderson Center and continue discussions. The Special Meeting will resume at 9:15 A.M. on May 8th. The meeting is open to the public. Copies of the agenda and map detailing the driving tour route will be posted on the Township's website no later than May 4, 2026. Copies may also be requested by calling 513.688.8400x-1101. Official action may be taken at the Special Meeting and minutes will be prepared and made available subsequently, following standard practice.
