Cleaning up your yard before winter? Bzak Landscaping (3295 Turpin Lane) in Anderson Township takes your residential yard waste for free.
Sponsored by the Hamilton County Recycling and Solid Waste District, this service allows township residents to drop off leaves, brush and tree branches for recycling. Brush and tree branches must be cut into lengths of 4 feet or less and no larger than 12 inches in diameter.
Commercial vehicles are not accepted. No bricks, stones, fencing, nails or wire are taken at the site. The site is open until November 22 from 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. weekdays and 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekends. After November 22, the yard waste recycling center is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
