Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission Public Hearing for Zone Change
Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission on Thursday, June 1, 2017, in the Hamilton County Administration Building, 138 East Court Street, 8th Floor, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 at 1:00pm. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss a Zone Change request in Case 1-2017 Anderson, for the property located at 8517 Beechmont Avenue (Book 500, Page 40, Parcels 30, 43 & 104) from “E” Retail & “C” Residence to “EE” Planned Retail. The application is filed by Emad Sadek and Hollis K.R. Trude on behalf of Holly Freckles, LLC, property owner.
