Special Meeting of the Board of Township Trustees Tuesday, June 6

 The Board of Township Trustees of Anderson Township will conduct a Special Meeting on Tuesday, June 6, 2017, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road, Anderson Township, Ohio 45230.  The Special Meeting will be held for the purpose of considering the appeal of a disciplinary decision, in the form of a demotion made by the Fire Chief and upheld by the Township Administrator. 

After the Appeal Hearing, the Board will adjourn to Executive Session to consider the discipline and/or demotion of a public employee or official as permitted by Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G)(1). 

The meeting is open to the public.  Official action may be taken and minutes will be prepared and subsequently made available, following standard practice.
