Special Meeting for Board of Trustees April 26 & 27
The Board hereby provides notice of a Special Meeting, which will constitute the Board’s annual planning meeting, to be held on April 26 and 27, 2018 at the Highwood Lodge at the Withrow Nature Preserve, 7075 Five Mile Road, Anderson Township, Ohio 45230. Administrative department heads will make presentations, and the Board will consider and discuss financial projections, goal setting, and ongoing and future capital improvement projects. The Special Meeting will also include an Executive Session as permitted by Ohio Revised Code §121.22.
Discussions will begin at 8:30 A.M., April 26, 2018, and are expected to continue until about 6:00 P.M. The Special Meeting will resume at 8:30 A.M. on April 27th and continue with a break for lunch, until 4:00 P.M. The meeting is open to the public. Official action is not expected to be taken, but minutes will be prepared and subsequently made available, following standard practice. In addition, prior to any subsequent official Board action relating to discussions had at the Special Meeting, there will be an opportunity for public discussion at a regular or another special Board meeting held within the Township.
