Special Meetings for the Board of Trustees

The Board of Township Trustees of Anderson Township will conduct meetings on Monday, May 21, 2018, beginning at 2:00 p.m. and Wednesday, May 23, 2018, beginning at 9:30 a.m. at Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road.  The purpose of these meetings is to discuss proposals for redevelopment of Anderson Center Station.  The Board will convene at the above times and immediately adjourn to Executive Session to consider confidential information of applicants related to marketing plans, specific business strategy, and personal financial statements of applicants for economic development assistance  and involving public infrastructure improvements as permitted by Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G)(8), the executive session being deemed necessary to protect the interests of the applicants and the possible investment or expenditure of public funds in connection with the economic development project.   Official action is not expected to be taken and minutes will be prepared and subsequently made available, following standard practice.
