Open House Meeting for a Potential Zone Change on July 25 at 5:00 pm

Notice is hereby given that an open house will be held by Anderson Township on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 in the Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road, Anderson Township, Ohio 45230.  The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss a potential Zone Change application to alter the zoning of the property located at 6201 and 6301 Clough Pike (Book 500, Page 360, Parcels 0404, 0024, and 0048), in Anderson Township, from “A” Residence to “DD” Planned Multiple Residence, proposed by Smith Packett on behalf of Kindereight LLC and SWGR Clough LLC, property owners. 

After a brief presentation at 5:00 PM, an open house will continue, during which time nearby property owners may discuss the proposal with the applicant and/or staff (all property owners within 200’ of the subject property are notified via mail of this meeting). During the meeting, comments will be taken from attendees and a memorandum will be sent to the applicant, as well as to the Anderson Township Zoning Commission, outlining the issues discussed at the meeting, should a zone change application be filed.
