Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission on Monday, October 1, 2018, in the Hamilton County Administration Building, 138 East Court Street, 8th Floor, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 at 1:00pm.  The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss a Zone Change request in Case 3-2018 Anderson, for the property located at 6201 and 6301 Clough Pike (Book 500, Page 360, Parcels 24, 31, 39, 48, and 404) from “A” Residence to “DD” Planned Multiple Residence District.  The application is filed by Cincinnati AL Investors, LLC on behalf of Kindereight LLC and Swgr Clough LLC, property owners. 

The applicant is proposing two three story buildings (44’ high) focusing on independent living, assisted living and memory care.  The two buildings will be connected by an enclosed walkway and will contain amenities such as physical therapy rooms, bistro areas, and physician’s offices.  

 The application concept plan is attached and plans will be available for review at www.andersontownship.org or at the Planning and Zoning Department, Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road, Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
