Anderson Township Zoning Text Amendments:  Case  Anderson 2020-01; Text Amendment

REQUEST: To make amendments Articles 3, 4, 5 & 6 of the Anderson Township Zoning Resolution

PURPOSE: To amend Sections 3.16, 4.1, 5.4 & 6.1 to add definitions of massage therapy, medical marijuana businesses, short term rentals and noncommercial signage such as murals and to amend the regulation of Planned Unit Development overlay review procedures.
