Vote Absentee in Ohio’s Delayed Primary Election

With Ohio’s March primary election cancelled due to COVID-19, residents have a new process by which to cast their vote. Residents who have not voted in this election can now vote by absentee ballot.

There are several ways to request an absentee ballot. Ballot requests can be downloaded, filled out and mailed to the Hamilton County Board of Elections by going to https://votehamiltoncountyohio.gov/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/20MailAppMarPriFORM.pdf. Hard copy request forms are available both at Anderson Center (7850 Five Mile Road), Monday-Friday between 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and the Anderson Towne Center Kroger store. If you prefer, an application for a ballot can be mailed to you by calling the Board of Elections at 632-7000.

The ballot request form needs to be completed and mailed back to the Hamilton County Board of Elections by noon on April 25. All completed ballots are due back to the board of elections by April 28. Please note, the primary election is over April 28. There is no June 2 election as previously reported.
