Board of Trustees Hear a Public Hearing to Discuss a Zone Change Postponed until Feb. 18

 Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the Anderson Township Board of Trustees virtually on Thursday, February 18, 2021 via teleconferencing at 5:30pm.  

The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss a Zone Change request in Case 3-2020 Anderson, for the property located at 1357 Nagel (Book 500, Page 121, Parcel 184), in Anderson Township, from “B” Residence to “DD” Planned Multiple Family, proposed by Zicka Development Company, LLC, on behalf of Anderson Township Board of Trustees, property owner. The applicant is proposing 13 total living units, including 10 attached duplex units and 3 detached single-family units.
