Public Hearing Being Held By Board of Trustees for 1357 Nagel Road
Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the Anderson Township Board of Trustees in person on Thursday, July 15, 2021 in Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road, Anderson Township, Ohio 45230, at 5:30 P.M.
The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss a substantial modification request in Case 3-2020 Anderson, for the property located at 1357 Nagel (Book 500, Page 121, Parcel 184), in Anderson Township, zoned “DD” Planned Multiple Family, proposed by Zicka Development Company, LLC, on behalf of Anderson Township Board of Trustees, property owner. The applicant is requesting reconsideration of Condition #6 of Resolution 21-0218-01 approved by the Anderson Township Board of Trustees on February 18, 2021. See attachments below.
