Open House for 1949 Wolfangel Road for 35 homes

Notice is hereby given that an open house will be held by Doug Smith, P.E, P.S of McGill Smith Punshon Inc., on behalf of Beavercreek Interests, LLC on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 6:00PM at Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road.  The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss a proposed zone change for a Community Unit Plan (CUP), with 35 single family lots, open space and a walking trail on the property of 1949 Wolfangel Road and the adjacent lot (Book 500, Page 214, Parcels 10 and 26). 

After a brief presentation at 6:00 PM, an open house will continue, during which time nearby property owners may discuss the proposal with the applicant and/or staff (all property owners within 200’ of the subject property are notified via mail of this meeting). During the meeting, comments will be taken from attendees and a memorandum will be sent to the applicant, as well as to the Anderson Township Zoning Commission, outlining the issues discussed at the meeting, should a zone change application be filed.
