Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission Meeting on November 3 for Zone Change

Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission on Thursday, November 3, 2022 in the Todd B. Portune Center for County Government, 138 East Court Street, 8th Floor, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 at 1:00pm.  The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss a Zone Change request in Case 3-2022 Anderson, for the property located at 1349 Nagel Road (Book 500, Page 121, Parcel 60), in Anderson Township, from “B” Single Family Residence to “DD” Planned Multi Family District, proposed by Craig Abercrombie, Abercrombie & Associates, Inc. on behalf of Zicka Development Company LLC, and Diane Marie Morgan, property owner. The purpose of this zone change is to add two duplex units (a total of four living units) to the Nagel Village development. 

The application concept plan is attached, and plans will be available for review at www.andersontownshipoh.gov or at the Planning and Zoning Department, Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road, Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
