Anderson Township Operations Center Request For Qualifications

Anderson Township, Ohio, is a limited home rule community of approximately 45,000 residents, located immediately to the east of the City of Cincinnati in Hamilton County.  The Township is requesting qualifications from interested design/engineering firms to facilitate key upgrades to various buildings on its Operations Center campus, located 7954 Beechmont Ave.

The goal of this project is to position the site, given its acreage limitations, to ensure the provision of key services from this site to a growing/evolving community.  This includes maintaining most public services found on the site, including fire and rescue, law enforcement, and public works.   The primary components of the initial phase of this project, for which qualifications are sought, include the following tasks: identification/measurement/mapping of current interior and exterior space utilization, interior space planning, and design of building renovations/additions/possible new building construction.
