Legal Notice for a Structure on Sutton Road

The Board of Township Trustees of Anderson Township (Board) passed Resolution No. 22-0303-04 on March 3, 2022, stating its intention to provide for the securance of the insecure and unsafe structure on land owned by the 555 Church Street, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, and located at 780 Sutton Road, Anderson Township, OH 45230 (Tax Parcel No. 500-0471-0007-00)(Structure), pursuant to ORC Section 505.86.  The Anderson Township Fire and Rescue Department has found that the Structure has extensive water damage, roof damage and visible mold and has declared the Structure to be insecure and unsafe.  Further, the Hamilton County Health District has condemned the Structure and considered it to be unfit for human habitation. 

This notice constitutes notice of the Board’s intention to secure the Structure.  A copy of Resolution No. 22-0303-04 may be obtained from the Anderson Township Administrator at 7850 Five Mile Road, Anderson Township, OH 45230.           

Thirty days from the date of giving notice, unless the Structure has been repaired and secured, or the Owner and/or any holders of liens of record shall have entered into an agreement with the Board under ORC 505.86, the Township Administrator shall provide for the securance of the Structure and the total cost of such securance shall be collected by the Board pursuant to ORC 505.86 (C)(1).    Dated: March 8, 2022
