Hamilton County Regional Planning Meeting on December 7
Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission on Thursday, December 7, 2023 in the Todd B. Portune Center for County Government (the Hamilton County Administration Building), 138 East Court Street, 8th Floor, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 at 1:00pm.
The purpose of this meeting is for a public hearing for a Future Land Use Map Change request in Case 2-2023 LUP, for the property located at 1291 and 1303 Eight Mile Road (Book 500, Page 41, Parcels 1478 and 210) filed by Josh Blatt, on behalf of John Henry Homes, on behalf of Eight Mile Development Company LLC, property owner, zoned “C” Single Family Residence.
The applicant is requesting a Future Land Use Map Change from “Single Family Residence” to “Transitional Residence” as stated in the 2022 Anderson Township Comprehensive Plan.
