Provide Feedback on Anderson Township’s Updated Design Guidelines

In 2014 Anderson Township’s Planning & Zoning Department developed its Design Guidelines to guide the appearance, form, and function of new developments of commercial, industrial, and multifamily properties in Anderson. The Design Guidelines extend beyond the legal requirements of the Anderson Township Zoning Resolution to encourage aesthetic and functional development. Developments which were influenced by these guidelines include Skyline Chili, Dewey’s Pizza, Firestone, Skytop, and the Anderson Towne Center expansion. With more than 10 years having passed since the Design Guidelines were originally adopted, an update was needed to showcase these and other recent developments and give the document a sleek, modern design.

Using the Story Map linked below, you can explore the 2026 Design Guidelines and provide your feedback with the online survey until 12pm on Monday, February 23, 2026. Please contact Planner Eli Davies at 513-688-8400 Ext. 1177 or edavies@andersontownshipoh.gov with any questions.

The Design Guidelines have served our Township well in the last 10 years, and we value your feedback on how they can continue to bring aesthetically pleasing, functional developments to Anderson into the next decade.
